A deposit may be required for select services. When applicable, deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking to secure the appointment.

If the deposit is not received within this time frame, the appointment may be released to allow availability for other guests.

Any required deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

These policies allow availability to be offered to other guests and ensure the time reserved for you is respected.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, depending on availability. In some cases, the full service charge may still apply.

All prices listed online and through booking platforms are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, desired outcome, and the time required to complete the service.

Quotes are provided with transparency and care, and adjustments will always be discussed prior to proceeding.

Consultations are recommended for new guests, major color changes, and required for all extension services. This ensures the correct service, timing, and pricing are established before booking.

The Ember Room offers customized extension services, including IBE® Certified extensions, tape-in extensions, hair toppers, and additional methods based on suitability.

Because extension services are highly personalized, a consultation is required prior to booking. Extension pricing, maintenance expectations, and care requirements will be discussed during this time.

While every effort is made to maintain the integrity and health of your hair during services, results and longevity are influenced by proper at-home care.

The Ember Room cannot guarantee the longevity of color or treatments if recommended professional products and care guidelines are not followed.

Due to the custom nature of hair services, no refunds are offered. If there is a concern with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so adjustments can be discussed.

To maintain a calm, focused environment, only guests receiving services are permitted in the studio unless otherwise discussed in advance.
